If you love fragrances that make you feel pampered, as if you were wrapped in a soft blanket of vanilla and cotton candy, Milk White from Giardini di Toscana It's one of those perfumes you have to try at least once in your life.
It's not just a sweet fragrance: it's a true sensory experience, an olfactory pampering that in recent years has won over many gourmand perfume lovers – myself included – thanks to its warm, creamy and reassuring character.
But what makes Bianco Latte truly special? In this article, I'll take you on a little journey through milk, honey, caramel, and velvety notes, to understand together if this fragrance is really for you, how it behaves on the skin, how long it lasts, and if it's worth the price.

What is Bianco Latte and why is it so talked about?
Bianco Latte is a fragrance from the artistic perfumery line Gardens of Tuscany, an Italian brand that in recent years has won over an ever-increasing number of enthusiasts thanks to its recognizable, artisanal, and highly distinctive olfactory creations.
This perfume has quickly become a small cult among lovers of gourmand fragrances because it manages to combine simplicity and character in a surprising way.
Its composition revolves around a few key notes, all extremely enveloping, evoking memories of sweetness and comfort. The result is a fragrance reminiscent of childhood cuddles, but with a more elegant and adult edge.
Bianco Latte is the kind of perfume you wear when you want to feel good about yourself, when you want a fragrance that accompanies you like a caress. The effect is a creamy, milky trail, warm like a cup of milk and honey on a cold winter evening.

The olfactory notes of Bianco Latte
Here is the recipe olfactory pyramid of White Milk:
| Note type | Ingredients |
|---|---|
| Top notes | Warm milk, sugar, honey |

As you can see, the composition revolves around notes sweet and milky, but the presence of white musk and sandalwood gives a deeper and more mature touch, avoiding the “baby candy” effect.

My experience with Bianco Latte
Particularly loving this kind of gourmand fragrances, I purchased Bianco Latte when it was released in 2021I still have the original bottle, complete with white wooden box and the protective bag: truly elegant and distinctive packaging, which made the experience even more special.
It's one of those perfumes that I can wear at any time of the day. I put it on morning to start the day with a feeling of comfort, but I also like to spray it in the evening, before going to sleep, precisely because of its ability to wrap with sweetness.
And there's one thing that almost always happens when I wear it: someone asks me what perfume I'm wearing. It's a fragrance that truly appeals to everyone, men and women alike, probably because of its soft, delicate, and never aggressive sweetness.
Over the years I have also tried different dupe, and I must say that today there are some very similar ones. One of the most cited is certainly LPDO Nuit BlancheBianco Latte is in fact one of the most imitated perfumes of recent years.
Personally, I had the impression that the newer version of the original perfume is slightly less long-lasting than the first formulation, although I can't say for sure whether this is a genuine reformulation or simply my perception. For this very reason, some dupes today manage to come very close to the original, even in terms of longevity.
Of course, not all dupes are faithful: some remain only vaguely inspired by the original fragrance.

Sensations of use: what does Bianco Latte really feel like on the skin?
As soon as it is sprayed, Bianco Latte immediately reveals its gourmand soul. The first sensations are those of a creamy and enveloping sweetness, with accents of vanilla, cream and a light touch of honey.
After a few minutes, the fragrance warms on the skin and becomes even softer and velvety, developing a delicate but recognizable trail.
On me the duration is really excellent: I can easily feel it for over ten hours, while on clothes it tends to remain even longer.
It's one of those scents that feels great on fabrics, but without leaving an overpowering trail. For example, if I spray it on my scarf, every time I put it on or take it off, I can smell it again, like a little cloud of scent that reappears.
The same thing happens with pajamas: the fragrance remains delicately present and helps create that feeling of comfort that makes this perfume so special.
For me, it's undoubtedly one of the most pleasant fragrances to wear year-round. Sweet, creamy, and enveloping, it lasts for hours without ever being overwhelming.

Persistence and sillage
One of the strengths of Bianco Latte is its persistence.
On my skin it lasts easily between 10 and the 12 hours, while on clothing it can linger even longer. On fabrics, especially scarves and sweaters, the fragrance tends to linger very easily.
La projection It is quite intense in the first few minutes after application, then it becomes progressively softer and more intimate.
It's almost as if the perfume, after announcing its presence, decides to stay close to the skin, transforming into a more personal fragrance, perceptible above all to those around you.

Texture and packaging: the eye also wants its part
The current bottle is simple and elegant, featuring clean, minimalist lines. The opaque glass gives the bottle a refined look, while the wooden cap adds a warm, slightly vintage touch.
The brand's original version came in a beautiful white wooden box with a white and gold pouch. These thoughtful details have unfortunately been somewhat lost in the newer versions of the packaging. The downside of the old packaging is that the cap tended to leave residue, something I haven't experienced with the current version (which, however, I find less durable, so perhaps I preferred the old one).

- In autumn, to accompany rainy days and cups of tea
It is a perfume that accompanies personal moments, not so much social evenings or elegant events.
Who do I recommend Bianco Latte to?

Perfumes similar to Bianco Latte
Precisely because of its enormous success, several perfumes inspired by this fragrance have been created in recent years. Inspired doesn't mean they're identical—some are definitely identical, like LPDO—but others are reinterpretations.

- Milky Way by Free Viola – similar but the duration is really short – price €22 for 30 ml
- Creamy by Mood Parfum – similar but with a shorter shelf life – price 15,90 per 100 ml – BUY HERE
- Montage Blanc Crème Eau de Parfum Natural Spray – quite similar – price €11 per 100 ml – BUY HERE

- Divain 587 – very similar scent – price €28,95 for 100 ml

- Zara's Dark Romance – I find it more flowery than the original – price 12,95 for 30 ml
- Zimaya Caramel Tiramisu – It doesn't smell like Milk White on all skin types, some have a more fireplace or whiskey note; I personally smelled it but didn't like it – Price: 27,90 for 100 ml – BUY HERE
Some of these try to replicate the milky, vanilla accord of Bianco Latte, with more or less similar results.
Of course, none of them are identical to the original, but some manage to come very close to the creamy, gourmand atmosphere of the Giardini di Toscana fragrance.

Best of all, when they created this perfume, they created a bestseller worthy of lasting for years. I've also noticed, however, that the formula has changed; it used to be decidedly more long-lasting. Still, I spray it generously and it lasts quite a while; sometimes I boost it with various dupes I have and that's it. I also tried the cream from the same line a while ago (old formula, I don't know if they've changed that too) and I didn't like it. I thought it smelled the same, but to be honest, it was quite different, at least on my skin...
