From the very famous Rose Water in the classic blue bottle, here is also the face line with soothing creams formulated for different skin types. Rose Water is available in the Nourishing version (which you will see in this review), Moisturizing and Anti-wrinkle.
The product comes in a beautiful glass container, cobalt blue just like the famous tonic. When you open it you are struck by the aroma of roses, delicate but present, which makes the product even more inviting.
The texture is soft and very silky. When in contact with the skin the product melts without being too thick or greasy; it absorbs and leaves a nice sensation of soft and nourished skin.
In the formulation we find various natural ingredients such as Gallic Rose Water, Sweet Almond Oil, various rose extracts (Rosa Canina, Rosa Centifolia, Rosa Damascena), Shea Butter, Argan Oil and Jojoba Oil, etc... However, it is not a completely natural cream, in fact we also find various ingredients with a red dot on the Biodizionario.
Thanks to the presence of Gallic Rose Water, the cream is particularly soothing on the face, making it perfect even for the most sensitive skin.
Having a slightly combination skin, I used this product especially in the evening. The effect on the face is very good, the cream moisturizes and nourishes without being greasy. In the morning I found it a little heavier, so I think that for my skin type the Hydrating version would be good to use also as a base for makeup.
