How to use Neve Cosmetics Special Effects Texturizer
The new Neve Cosmetics sticks are designed to improve the facial base. Designed for every specific need, the sticks minimize skin texture, even out the complexion or add luminosity.
The sticks are very versatile and can be used in various ways:
- including primer before applying foundation
- in combination with Star System foundation of the same brand
- over make up as a final touch (highlighting or mattifying)
- directly on bare skin for a very natural make up

The sticks are characterized by a soft and melting formula, enriched with Castor Oil for a nourishing but at the same time not heavy action. We also find vegetable waxes, Vitamin E, Jojoba and Olive Oil and other ingredients that change depending on the stick.
