This is not the usual volumizing mascara, Excess Volume Extreme Impact Mascara has something extra. It consists of two parts, one volumizing base to ensure a shocking false eyelash effect and a sort of top coat with an intense and shiny black color to make the eyelashes even more seductive and even waterproof (you can also use it on other mascaras to make them water resistant!). The effect of the Top Coat gives the lashes an extra boost, making them not only impervious to water, but also truly shiny and very black.
Lo pipe cleaner volumizing has silicone bristles; mascara helps separate the lashes well, volumizing them without creating clumps. The Top Coat, however, has the classic synthetic brush.
Thanks to formulation neither too liquid nor too creamy, it is possible to modulate the mascara without sticking the eyelashes together, obtaining a very intense volumizing effect.
Despite the waterproof Top Coat, the mascara can be removed well without too much effort, just use a two-phase make-up remover (or vegetable oils, e.g. Coconut Oil).
